What is included in the AMC visit? ▾
Each visit includes: physical inspection of all cameras and devices, lens cleaning, cable and connector check, DVR/NVR health check, storage verification, remote access testing, and a written service report shared via WhatsApp.
Do you provide AMC for systems not installed by AlifTech? ▾
Yes. We provide AMC for security systems installed by any vendor, as long as we can verify the system is in working condition at the time of signing the contract. A one-time inspection charge may apply.
Are spare parts included in the AMC? ▾
Labour is always included. Spare parts (cameras, hard drives, power supplies, etc.) are charged at actual cost. We do not mark up parts — you pay only what we pay our distributors. This is clearly mentioned in your contract.
What areas do you cover for AMC? ▾
We primarily serve Indore and the surrounding areas including Pithampur, Dewas, Ujjain, and Mhow. For Premium enterprise clients, we can also cover other parts of Madhya Pradesh — please contact us to discuss.
What is the minimum contract duration? ▾
Our standard AMC is for 1 year (12 months). Multi-year contracts (2–3 years) are available at a discounted rate. We do not offer monthly AMC contracts.
