The jack uses patented IDC V-shaped contacts that flex rather than fatigue during termination. As a result, it supports repeated re-terminations without degrading performance. The KSJ-00018-GR DataGate Jack supports T568A and T568B wiring schemes through dual color coding. It can be terminated using standard industry punch-down tools and accommodates 22–24 AWG solid conductors. Additionally, it is RJ-11 compatible, which adds flexibility in mixed cabling environments.
