* You may choose to **self-pick** your order from our office in Indore.

* All products sold by AlifTech Secure are **genuine, sealed, and come with manufacturer warranties**.
* We are **authorized dealers** of brands such as **CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua**, and more.
* These brands do **not entertain product replacements**, even in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival).
* If a product is defective, it must be deposited at our **Indore office**. We will coordinate with the respective brand’s service center for repairs.
* Once repaired or replaced by the brand, you will be informed for self-collection.
> **Note:** Refunds and exchanges are not applicable unless specifically approved in writing.
